responsibility. Halted a 2 year decline in sales and grew revenue. Recruited an
excellent executive Management Team which rapidly developed an alternative to an
out-dated business model. Increased domestic (Canada) revenues from 15% of North
American sales to 23%.
• Purchased a US based furniture manufacturing company of 137 employees in 1999.
Despite operating in a declining industry increased sales at this company at an
annual average increase of 37% and profit 142%. Maintained “on time” delivery of
quality products. Strong belief in people, strategies and execution with a focus
on results. Sold the company in 2006.
