seven major investments, including companies in investment management,
commercial real estate, utilities and pipeline consulting and planning, and
advanced technology and PCD solutions.
• Chair of the Board and a principal investor in e-volve inc. a CRM technology
company in Atlanta, with major responsibility for venture capital, governance,
and major client marketing.
• Partner in the Consulting practices of Andersen Worldwide and KPMG, based in
Toronto and New York, with industry focus on utilities and financial services
and health care.
• Recently returned to Toronto, with interests in Canadian private equity and a
continuing role in rhi investments llc in the US.

• Chair of the Board of the major corporate holdings of rhi investments, and in
nine of the companies in which investments were placed, with Board and
Management oversight, governance and business strategy responsibilities.
• Member of the Board of KPMG’s consulting practice in Toronto.
• Member of the Board and Advisory Board of numerous charities and hospitals in
the US.
• Member of the Chancellor’s Council of Victoria University in Toronto, and the
Advisory Board to the Dean of Management at Dalhousie University, and a visiting
professor at Dalhousie.

industries and technology.

of Toronto.

industry associations in banking, gas and electric
utilities, and venture capital financing.
