years. CCCU was formed through the merger of three credit unions on Vancouver
Island to become the regional credit union on the Island.
• President and CEO of Evergreen Savings Credit Union for 16 years. It became a
merger partner in the formation of Coastal Community Credit Union.
• CEO of community credit union in Calgary, merged in 1987.
• Co-owner and managing partner of family business for 4 years.
• Was Chief Financial Officer, then Chief Operating Officer of community based
credit union in Calgary until becoming CEO in 1982.

• Director on British Columbia Regional Board for The Nature
Conservancy of Canada.
• Independent director on Gwa’sala-Nakwaxda’xw First Nations Trust Committee.
• Director of regulator and deposit insurance organization for BC credit unions.

• Developed and facilitated strategic planning for community boards and
businesses.
• Advised credit union boards for 30 years.
• Past member of TEC (International Organization of CEOs).
