• Over 30 years of business experience, primarily as
an entrepreneur. Started own firm in Canada in 1979
and, in 1990, set up an affiliated corporation in
the US.
• Consultant and research support for mergers and
acquisitions, business development, marketing, and
competitive analysis to the following industries:
pharmaceuticals, heavy equipment manufacturing,
forest products, mining, hydroelectricity, financial
services, aquaculture, automotive and information
technology.
• Strong administrative skills and creative problem
solver. Experienced with human resources issues and
the value of establishing policies and procedures to
minimize legal and other repercussions.

Executive and Management Experience
• President and CEO of Information Plus, Canada and US. Duties included business
development, marketing, sales, client relations, human resources, finance and
administration. Built the firm to annualized revenues, services and
publications, of $500,000. Managed to survive and grow through two recessions.
• Owner-manager of an apartment building (investment property). Responsible
for/oversight of: building maintenance, tenant selection and day-to-day
management.

Board of Directors and Advisory Experience
• Dystonia Medical Research Foundation, Toronto: Served on Chapter board.
• Periodical Writers Association of Canada- Toronto Chapter: Served on the board
as the Chapter President and then Past President.
• Homeopathic Medical Council of Canada: Served as editor of the Journal and
advised about promotion, advertising, communications etc.
• International Society for Orthomolecular Medicine: Volunteer at public
information sessions.
