CEO, Director and Part Owner of Alumicor Limited, a privately owned, multi-divisional company that designs, manufactures and distributes building materials to North America and the Caribbean. Grew the company into a highly profitable organization with 350 employees and 5 manufacturing plants in Canada. Recognized as one of Canada’s “50 Best Managed Companies” for 4 years, 2003-06. Sold the company in 2007 at a significant premium to book value.
Vice-President and General Manager of the vinyl siding division of Emco Building Products. Emco was a public company with revenues of $1.3B/year. Turned the division into profitability and doubled revenues in 3 years.
Senior functional management positions with Esso Building Products, a division of Imperial Oil Ltd. Imperial is a public company with revenues of $30B/year.
Since retirement in 2006, have been active as an executive coach, Board director and advisor and strategic planner.
